1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
Yep, that's it. One portion each of 3 simple ingredients. I bet you have these in your house right now!
Simply mix them together and roll out into one inch balls. Press down with a fork (criss-cross pattern). Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
Easy, easy, easy!
This recipe works with both creamy and chunky peanut butter. Optionally, you can add 1/3 cup of chocolate chips. (I do!)
