Catalinas are similar to Register Rewards or Extra Care Bucks. You have to purchase a specific quantity and type of item to earn them. They print out at the end of your transaction as $ off coupons to be used on your next order. Hope that helps. :)
Do I have to sign up for them or do they automatically print? I assume they are somehow linked to my Kroger plus card.
They will print automatically when you buy the required items. Not linked to the card at all. Anyone can earn these. I'm working on a post now that explains it a little better. Hit me with any other questions and I will try to address them.
